| Gary F. Liles Gary is originally from Jonesboro, Arkansas. He joined the Firm in 1976 and became a shareholder in 1981. In his career, Gary has handled a variety of civil trial and transactional matters and he has extensive experience in business and commercial transactions with an emphasis in commercial real estate matters. |
In this regard, he has represented and continues to represent local, regional and national developers, retailers, and others in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of shopping centers, regional malls, office buildings and other commercial property and land, and the related loans and financing, while continuing to represent individual and business clients in a variety of personal, business and commercial matters.
