Chuck has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of business transactions. Chuck regularly advises clients regarding the organization of new businesses and the restructuring of existing businesses, including related tax planning. He has a great deal of experience representing clients in the purchase and sale of diverse types of businesses, and in connection with corporate governance issues and shareholder disputes. Chuck also regularly advises clients in connection with estate planning and the administration of estates and trusts.
